Returns & Refunds

Commissions

There are no refunds or returns on commission, mainly because they are bespoke pieces to the client. Commissions consist of 2 payments: an initial nonrefundable deposit which goes toward the final cost, and the remainder of the cost.

Prints & Products

Since I partner with a print-on-demand service, products can only be replaced or refunded in situations where they are damaged somehow. If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 5 days of receipt via the Contact page to get the replacement or refund process started. 

Originals

I offer returns for any originals shipped. If for any reason, you decide the art doesn't work in your space, or you no longer want it, I'd much prefer you reach out via Contact and return it so we can find it its right home. You will be responsible for shipping it back to me. I just ask you reach out within 30 days of receipt--beyond that, I cannot guarantee a refund. Reach out via the Contact page, include your order number and confirm your address in your message, and we will begin that process.
